We had 56 Individual Category Level Up’s (compared to 101 in Winter 2024) among 11 of us (who had established Overall Fitness Levels) who took part in the Assessments this go around.
That is an average of 5.091 Individual Category Level Up’s per person (compared to 8.417 in our Winter 2024 Assessments).
