(5) 1-on-1 Coached sessions:
Using the
Level Method
- Learn how to do a multitude of movements and exercises, e.g. Squat, Deadlift, Kettlebell Swing, Jump Rope, Run, Row, etc.
- Learn how which of these movements and exercises you already do well, and which you can do better in

Session 1: Rowing, Deadlift, Upper Body Push, Upper/Lower Endurance

Session 2: Running, Front Squat, Upper Body Pull, Lactic Tolerance

Session 3: Neurological and Core Endurance, Weightlifting, Kettlebell

Session 4: Flexibility, Squat Endurance, Rings

Session 5: Aerobic Power Intervals

Upon completion of the Audacious Assessment, then you have the opportunity to be Selected to join the Audacious Team to start training.

Tuition: $600

For completing the Assessment and being selected, receive:

Audacious Fitness Training Programming
Prerequisites:
1. Completion of the Audacious Assessment
2. Selection to be part of the Audacious Team

Continued Curriculum of learning about, training, and practicing:
Productive and Positive Lifestyle Habits (including Nutrition)
Proper Movement
Training Recovery Techniques 

Tuition: $150/4 weeks


Programming Delivered Online via the Chalk It Pro App
Access Code to the Programming will be given upon starting Training

Daily Training Outline:
1. General Warm-up/Movement Prep
2. Specific Warm-up
3. Main Course
4. Cool-down

Should you not have the necessary space and equipment, then you are welcome to use the space and equipment available here, to train with the Audacious Team. Improve your Flexibility and Mobility, and Lower Levels by training with the rest of the Team!
