Winter 2025 Audacious Assessments Summary

Congratulations to everyone at Audacious Fitness!

Our 5 Weeks of Fitness Training from 12/9/24 to 1/10/25 resulted in improvements in our Overall Fitness and Health.

We had 56 Individual Category Level Up’s (compared to 101 in Winter 2024) among 11 of us (who had established Overall Fitness Levels) who took part in the Assessments this go around.

That is an average of 5.091 Individual Category Level Up’s per person (compared to 8.417 in our Winter 2024 Assessments).

We had Overall Level Promotions for:
Marina T., Yellow I to Yellow II
Justin B., Yellow I to Yellow II

We had RED ELITE Level Achievements for:
Gunnar H., Front Squat, RED
Gunnar H., Flexibility, RED II

With everyone’s levels averaged, our Gym Avatar Overall Fitness Level as of 1/25/25 is Orange III, same as it was as of 12/7/24 (Orange III).

Our Relative Strength (Strength to Bodyweight ratio) stayed the same at Blue I.
Our Objective (Absolute) Strength stayed the same at Blue I.
Our Electricity (Central Nervous System ability) stayed the same at Blue.
Our Plumbing (Cellular Fueling) stayed the same at Blue.
Our Ventilation (Oxygen and Breathing) went up from Blue II to Blue III.

Since 12/7/24, we individually went up in:

Our average of 5.091 Individual Category Level Up’s per person might have been higher if some of us were able to make it all 10 business days to attempt to re-Assess all the Categories (family or work trips, sicknesses, etc.).

Since 12/7/24, we as a whole went up in 3 of the 15 categories on the Level MAP, did not go down in any, and stayed the same in 12.

Our Front Squat went up from Blue to Blue I.
Our Upper Body Pull is the same at Blue I.
Our Lactic Tolerance is the same at Orange III.
Our Deadlift is the same at Blue.
Our Upper Body Push is the same at Blue.
Our Upper/Lower Endurance is the same at Orange II.
Our Weightlifting is the same at Blue II.
Our Rings is the same at Blue.
Our Squat Endurance is the same at Blue III.
Our Neurological and Core Endurance is the same at Orange II.
Our Kettlebell is the same at Blue I.
Our Flexibility went up from Blue III to Purple I.
Our Running is the same at Purple I.
Our Rowing went up from Blue I to Blue II.
Our Aerobic Power Intervals is the same at Blue I.

We assessed over 2 weeks (10 business days).

Our last 5 weeks of Training centered on 1 Hero workout or 1 Girl workout per week (alternating weeks), which were: Rahoi, Amanda, Jerry, Elizabeth, and The Don. Aside from any weight being lifted or carried in either Hero or Girl workouts, 2-4 days per week included some kind of lifting or carrying of weight. Our Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance and Stamina were trained and improved on all other days besides strictly Heavy (lifting) days. Every week we did SLIPS (Scales, L-Sits, Inversions, Planks, and Stretching) once. In all, these last 5 weeks of Training Programming helped our Front Squat, Flexibility, and Rowing Categories improve.

We are looking forward to the next 15 weeks of training (1/27/25-5/10/25)!

We will have (5) 3-week foci, or themes along the way, honing in on our “weaknesses,” or lower levels as a whole:
Deadlift
Upper Body Push
Upper/Lower Endurance
Rings
Neurological and Core Endurance

Spring 2025 Assessments will be from 5/12/25-5/24/25, where we will synchronize with all other Level Method gyms around the world who are participating in Level Method Global Assessments, which are scheduled for 3 times in 2025.
