Summer 2023 Level Method Assessments Summary
Congratulations to everyone at Audacious CrossFit!
Our 14 Weeks of CrossFit Training from 2/26/23 to 6/3/23 resulted in improvements in our overall fitness and health.

Congrats to Brendon!
Congrats to Kalie!
With everyone’s levels averaged, our Gym Avatar Overall Fitness Level as of 6/25/23 is Orange II, lower than it was as of 2/26/23 (Orange III).
Our Relative Strength (Strength to Bodyweight ratio) went down from Blue I to Blue.
Our Objective (Absolute) Strength went down from Blue I to Blue.
Our Electricity (Central Nervous System ability) went down from Blue I to Blue.
Our Plumbing (Cellular Fueling) went down from Blue to Orange III.
Our Ventilation (Oxygen and Breathing) went down from Blue III to Blue II
Since 2/26/23, we as a whole improved 0 out of the 15 categories on the Level MAP. We maintained 2 categories at the same levels. We saw 12 categories go down 1 level; 1 category went down 2 levels.
Our Front Squat went down from Blue to Orange III.
Our Upper Body Pull went down from Blue II to Blue I.
Our Lactic Tolerance went down from Orange III to Orange II.
Our Deadlift went down from Blue I to Blue.
Our Upper Body Push went down from Blue to Orange III.
Our Upper/Lower Endurance maintained at Orange I.
Our Weightlifting went down from Blue III to Blue II.
Our Rings went down from Blue I to Orange III.
Our Squat Endurance went down from Blue II to Blue I.
Our Neurological and Core Endurance went down from Orange III to Orange II.
Our Kettlebell went down from Blue III to Blue II.
Our Flexibility maintained at Purple.
Our Running went down from Purple III to Purple II.
Our Rowing went down from Blue II to Blue I.
Our Aerobic Power Intervals went down from Blue I to Blue.
This was our third time as a group assessing over 3 weeks.
A major factor that caused so many of our categories to go down at least 1 level was the passing of Terry H. on 5/11/23. His overall Level was Purple, which was the second highest Overall Level in our group. If his levels were still included for our Gym’s Avatar, then our Overall Level, Relative and Objective Strengths, and Plumbing would have maintained, while Electricity and Ventilation would have went down 1 Stripe. Only 8 out of 15 categories would have went down; 6 categories would have maintained at the same level. We would have improved 1 category instead of having no improvements during these assessments.
As difficult as these past couple of months have been, we remember his spirit, support for all of us, and determination to improve every aspect of his life everyday to help us stay motivated to improve ourselves everyday.
We are looking forward to the next 14 weeks of training!
Fall 2023 Level Method Assessments will be from 10/1/23 to 10/20/23.
Suns out, guns out this Summer!
See you in class!
