10 years in the making...cultivating knowledge, skills, and experiences to ultimately bring a complete nutrition, fitness, and health solution to the Treasure Valley community.

We are here to bolster the efforts that our collective of CrossFit affiliates and similar gyms are putting forth to create centers of growth and healing in our community.

Audacious CrossFit exists as a lifeboat to help others prevent and fight chronic diseases together, and to live highly-functional lives together.


Our mission is to elevate the level of our community’s Nutrition, Fitness, and Health in Idaho.

Our vision is to see everyone in our Audacious CrossFit community living long and functional lives.

How we are going to accomplish that mission is to provide education, opportunities to practice and train with guidance, and a supportive and uplifting group of like-minded teammates.

1-on-1 Nutrition Coaching (ask about the introductory discount!),
1-on-1 CrossFit Coaching,
CrossFit Group Classes and 1-on-1 Nutrition Coaching,

...we serve a broad range of abilities, needs, and goals.

Specialty programs and tools like Idahome Running Academy, Idahome Breathing Academy, the PNOE Breath Analyzer, and the Level Method help us assess, address, and progress our Nutrition, Fitness, and Health.
