An Introduction to Mental Performance
Feeling like you're stuck in your performance?
Maybe your newbie gains have evaporated?
Are you having trouble recovering from a setback that's caused you to plateau in the gym or life?
Come to IMA on May 6 at 5:30PM for:
"An Introduction to Mental Performance" where you'll learn some of the tips and tricks of elite athletes for finding new levels of performance that you didn't think possible, getting the most out of your gym time, and overcoming injuries and other setbacks that cause you to feel stuck.
We'll focus on the basics of mental performance, visualization, self talk, and overcoming obstacles, and then we'll follow with a Q &A session where the group can share their questions and their own tips for maximizing performance.
Presenters will include three former residents of the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado: Dan Jordan, Paralympic Silver Medalist (Athens 2004), Amber Jordan, US National Champion and World Cup finalist, and Jamie Corkish, Olympic Gold Medalist (London 2012).

Ladies Only Level Method Introduction
Saturday, May 28th at 9AM-10AM
We will take a private class (Ladies Only) through a fun Introduction to the Level Method of Athletic Progression.
In this Introduction we will Assess our class participants' individual Upper Body Pull strength, Front Squat strength, and Lactic Tolerance.
With these first three Assessments of everyone's Levels completed, we know where to start in training, and how to Address and improve those Levels, in order to Progress to where everyone's goals are.
