Who: High Schoolers (9th-12th Grades)
What: 10 Day Running Camp to learn and improve Running Technique, Strength, and Flexibility
When: July 18th-29th, Monday-Friday, 1:00PM-5:00PM
Where: Idahome Running Academy

Why: Experience gains in Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Flexibility, Strength, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
Run Faster, Farther, and Pain-free.
Prevent movement (Running)-related injuries.
Jump higher and easier.
Be more Quick on your feet.
*Become a better Athlete in whatever sports you play (Track, Cross Country, Volleyball, Baseball, Football, Tennis, Soccer, Lacrosse, Basketball, etc.).*
How: Learn correct Running Technique and how to apply it to your sport, use the right amount of Strength needed for that and your sport, and learn how Flexible you need to be for Running and your sport. Receive *Video Analysis of your Running Technique at the beginning, during, and at the end of the Camp.*
Camp Requirements:
Come well-fed and well-hydrated.
Bring water and snacks to keep you hydrated and energized for every day’s training (we will have access to our Well Water on site, just in case). Bring sun protection (hat, sunblock, etc.), and come dressed to practice and train physically.
*Bring a pair of training/running shoes, and the shoes you wear for your sport’s practice and games/matches (cleats, etc.).*
*Bring the ball, glove(s), helmet, pads, bat, stick, racket, etc. that you use for your sport’s practice and games/matches.*
Bring a notebook and pen.
Optional: Camp/Lounge Chair, Towel
For Parents:
Drop-off times: 12:30PM-1:00PM
Pick-up times: 5:00PM-5:30PM
Tuition: $350/Athlete
