Month 1, Week 3 of our 13 weeks of training:
Culminating with our Level Method Strength and Conditioning Assessments on 11/8 through 11/19.
Month 1 consists of 2 strength-focused classes per week, 2 opportunities per week of running practice, and 4 classes where we are performing a version of the shoulder press.
For 3 classes per week we have opportunities in the warm-up to work on specific upper body skill and strength in the pull-up and dip.
We are alternating between 2 opportunities of jump rope practice and 2 opportunities of agility ladder drills per week in warm-ups, as well.

Month 1 (8/8-9/4) Challenge: Bike 480 minutes with nasal breathing
Month 2 (9/5-10/2) Challenge: Row 30,000 meters with nasal breathing
Month 3 (10/3-10/30) Challenge: Walk 900 minutes with nasal breathing

Hypertension and disorders of lipid metabolism were the most frequent, whereas obesity, diabetes with complication, anxiety disorders, and the total number of conditions were the strongest risk factors for severe COVID-19 illness."
