Summer 2021 Level Method Assessments Summary
Congratulations to all at IMA! It was a fun-filled and hard-working 2 weeks resulting in all kinds of achievement!
The previous 12 week training cycle definitely paid off in improvements in our overall fitness and health!
We had 90 Individual Category Level Up’s among 16 of us who took part in the Assessments this go around.
That is an average of 5.625 Individual Category Level Ups per person!

Rings: Tie between Amber J. and Davin S., Yellow II to Orange, and Purple to Purple III, respectively
Squat Endurance: Amber J., Yellow III to Blue
Neurological and Core Endurance: Tie between Jamie V., Scott C., and Albert L.., Orange II to Orange III, Yellow III to Orange, and Red I to Red II, respectively
Kettlebell: Scott C., Orange to Orange III

Running: Tie between Amber J., and Paul M., Yellow II to Blue I, and Brown to Brown III, respectively

Aerobic Power Intervals: None
HUGE congratulations to both Paul M. and Nick O. for achieving the RED II ELITE Level for Flexibility, and to Albert L. for achieving RED ELITE Level for Upper Body Pull, and RED II ELITE Level for Neurological and Core Endurance!
At the same time we were conducting our Assessments as a group, we have had 2 other individuals complete their own 7 Session Level Method Strength and Conditioning Assessments!
Both Brian L. (Orange) and Beorn F. (Yellow) both completed their Assessments and are expected to attend classes with us!
With everyone’s levels averaged, our Gym Avatar Overall Fitness Level as of 8/9/21 is Orange II, an improvement from Orange I, as of 4/30/21!
Our Relative Strength (Strength to Bodyweight ratio) improved from Orange II to Orange III.
Our Objective (Absolute) Strength improved from Orange III to Blue I.
Our Electricity (Central Nervous System ability) improved from Orange II to Blue.
Our Plumbing (Cellular Fueling) improved from Orange II to Orange III.
Our Ventilation (Oxygen and Breathing) improved from Blue to Blue I.
We as a whole improved 14 out of the 15 categories on the Level MAP!
Our Front Squat improved from Orange II to Blue.
Our Upper Body Pull improved from Orange III to Blue.
Our Lactic Tolerance improved from Orange to Orange I.
Our Deadlift improved from Orange II to Blue.
Our Upper Body Push stayed the same.
Our Upper/Lower Endurance improved from Orange to Orange II.
Our Weightlifting improved from Blue to Blue II.
Our Rings improved from Orange I to Orange II.
Our Squat Endurance improved from Orange II to Blue.
Our Neurological and Core Endurance improved from Orange I to Orange II.
Our Kettlebell improved from Blue to Blue I.
Our Flexibility improved from Blue II to Purple.
Our Running improved from Blue I to Blue II.
Our Rowing improved from Blue to Blue I.
Our Aerobic Power Intervals improved from Orange III to Blue.
