Fall 2022 Level Method Assessments 10/10-10/28 - Week 1 Update

Level Method Overview

We have had 14 Category Level-ups (those with existing Overall Fitness Levels) so far this week (as of Friday afternoon).

Keaghan, Sara, and Betsy, are making their way through their first Assessments, while Ibrahim completed his Assessments, attaining his Overall Fitness Level of Yellow I today (Friday). He should be able to promote even higher over the next weeks, as well.

100 Days of CrossFit

10/31/22 - 2/4/23

Exactly following:
"Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.

Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.

Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense.

Regularly learn and play new sports."

Join us for our Fall Level Method Assessments from 10/10/22- 10/28/22 to see where your Fitness stands, then take part in our 100 Days of CrossFit, following it to the T, committing to the 3 Days on, 1 Day off template, no matter what day it is.

Doing what CrossFit is: Constantly Varied Functional Movements at High Intensity, varying between Single modality, Couplet, and Triplet days, using Monostructural ("Cardio,") Gymnastics, and Weightlifting movements.

Maintaining eating "meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat," in order to maintain momentum through the Holidays and into the New Year!
