Workout Wednesday

Develop and improve your carbon dioxide tolerance and overall stress response by playing around with the protocols outlined in this week’s Workout Wednesday video!

Part A includes "normal" breathing, and an exhale hold, then walk

Part B includes nasal breathing, and an exhale hold, then walk

Part C includes nasal breathing, and an inhale hold, then walk

You should be experiencing more distance covered walking as you progress from Part A, to C.

Highly Suggested: Just stop walking and start breathing normally when you get that urge to breathe. Definitely do not wait until the tunnel starts to close on you.

Do this periodically over time to train and improve your carbon dioxide tolerance, and keep track of your results!
