Do you have "flat feet," or "fallen," or "collapsed" arches?
How much have you spent on shoes, or orthotics, or even procedures like foot surgery to mitigate or repair those "fallen" arches?
How much discomfort and even pain (if any) have you endured for so long?

You have the power to change all that and be free of those band-aids.
You do not have to rely on others to not fix your chronic issues.
You can learn, empower yourself, and put in the effort to help yourself to be an independent and healthy human being.

If you choose to use squats, deadlifts, and lunges (which you should) as part of your movement practice to be fit and healthy, then patiently and specifically focus on your use of, and positioning of your feet to help restore your arches over time.

Pay attention to the where you perceive your bodyweight pressure is on the ground, through the bottoms of your feet.
Get a gauge of how much of your feet musculature are you using to set a strong foundation for the rest of your body when you're exercising and moving around.
Use more of your feet properly to build up the muscles and tissues to rebuild your arches.

One suggestion not mentioned in the video below is to go barefoot more.
