Spring 2021 Level Method Assessments Summary
Congratulations to all at IMA! It was a fun-filled and hard-working 2 weeks resulting in all kinds of achievement!
The previous 12 week training cycle definitely paid off in improvements in our overall fitness and health!
We had 79 Individual Category Level Up’s among 16 of us who took part in the Assessments this go around.
That is an average of 5 Individual Category Level Ups per person!

Upper Body Pull: JT N., Blue II to Black
Lactic Tolerance: Josh G., Orange I to Blue II
Deadlift: Tie between Jase S. and Brett M., Purple I to Purple II, Blue II to Blue III, respectively
Upper Body Push: Jamie V., White I to Yellow I
Upper/Lower Endurance: Jase S., Blue I to Purple
Weightlifting: Terry H., Purple to Purple II
Rings: Brett M., Orange II to Blue II
Squat Endurance: Terry H., Purple I to Purple III
Neurological and Core Endurance: Jamie V., Orange to Orange II

At the same time we were conducting our Assessments as a group, we have had 2 other individuals complete their own 7 Session Level Method Strength and Conditioning Assessments!
Both Cainin D. and Scott C. both completed their Assessments and are expected to attend classes with us!
