Our Level Method Strength and Conditioning Assessments start again on 7/26, and ending on 8/6.
The schedule is as follows:
Monday, 7/26: Front Squat, Upper Body Pull, Lactic Tolerance
Tuesday, 7/27: Flexibility and Running
Wednesday, 7/28: Deadlift, Upper Body Push, Upper/Lower Endurance
Thursday, 7/29: Rowing
Friday, 7/30: Breath Analysis
Monday, 8/2: Weightlifting, Rings, Squat Endurance
Tuesday, 8/3: Make-up Assessments
Wednesday, 8/4: Neurological and Core Endurance and Kettlebell
Thursday, 8/5: Make-up Assessments
Friday, 8/6: Aerobic Power Intervals
