Fall 2022 Level Method Assessments Summary
Congratulations to everyone at Audacious CrossFit!
Our 12 weeks of training in the Summer resulted in improvements in our overall fitness and health
We had 24 Individual Category Level Up’s (compared to 50 in Summer 2022) among 10 of us (who had established Overall Fitness Levels) who took part in the Assessments this go around.
That is an average of 2.4 Individual Category Level Ups per person (compared to 4.167 in our Summer 2022 Assessments).
We had Overall Level Promotions for:
Brian L., Blue to Blue I
Albert L., Purple I to Brown I
Terry H., Blue III to Purple
Biggest Improvements in Individual Category Level Ups were:
Front Squat: Laura L., Yellow to Yellow II
Upper Body Pull: Micah., Purple III to Black II
Lactic Tolerance: Laura L., Yellow I to Yellow II
Deadlift: N/A
Upper Body Push: Albert L., Brown I to Black I
Upper/Lower Endurance: Brian L., Orange II to Blue I
Weightlifting: N/A
Squat Endurance: Albert L., Red to Red I
Neurological and Core Endurance: Brian L., Purple to Purple II
Kettlebell: Pete C., Purple I to Brown I
Flexibility: Albert L., Blue III to Brown I
Running: Albert L., Black III to Red I
Rowing: Pete C., Blue I to Blue II
Aerobic Power Intervals: N/A
Since our last Assessments in the Summer, we had 2 other individuals start their own Level Method Fitness Assessments! 2 other individuals completed their Assessments and attained their Overall Fitness Levels.

With everyone’s levels averaged, our Gym Avatar Overall Fitness Level as of 10/30/22 is Orange III, higher than as it was as of 7/16/22 (Orange II then).
Our Relative Strength (Strength to Bodyweight ratio) went up from Blue to Blue I.
Our Objective (Absolute) Strength went up from Blue I to Blue II.
Our Electricity (Central Nervous System ability) went up from Blue to Blue I.
Our Plumbing (Cellular Fueling) maintained at Blue.
Our Ventilation (Oxygen and Breathing) went up from Blue I to Blue II.
Since 7/16/22, we as a whole improved 7 out of the 15 categories on the Level MAP. We maintained 7 categories at the same levels. We saw 1 category go down 1 level.
Our Front Squat maintained at Blue.
Our Upper Body Pull maintained at Blue I.
Our Lactic Tolerance maintained at Orange II.
Our Deadlift maintained at Blue II.
Our Upper Body Push maintained at Blue.
Our Upper/Lower Endurance went down from Orange II to Orange I.
Our Weightlifting went up from from Blue II to Blue III.
Our Rings went up from Orange III to Blue I.
Our Squat Endurance went up from Blue I to Blue II.
Our Neurological and Core Endurance went up from Orange II to Orange III.
Our Kettlebell went up from Blue I to Blue II.
Our Flexibility went up from Blue II to Blue III.
Our Running maintained at Purple.
Our Rowing went up from Blue to Blue II.
Our Aerobic Power Intervals maintained at Blue.
This was our first time as a group assessing over 3 weeks. Coach Albert was out for the 2nd week of Assessments and for the first 2 days of the 3rd week. Coach Brian filled in masterfully and guided the group through their Assessments to plan.
Stay motivated and committed to keep improving over the 100 Days of CrossFit to make Winter 2022 another memorable time in our lives!
