Dear Mrs. and Mr. Engstrom,

Dear Mrs. and Mr. Engstrom,

It is with great pleasure to write to you regarding your son Gus's progress here at Idahome Movement Academy, home of @audaciouscrossfit. He has been a great addition to our team here ever since he attained his Overall Level of Orange in October of 2021. He made it through our rigorous @thelevelmethod Assessments throughout the month of September in order to start training with the rest of team in group classes. Over these past 5 months, he has steady improved his skills and abilities, earning stripe after stripe, and finally attaining an Overall Level of Blue I after our Spring Level Method Assessments at the end of March of this year. He managed to Level Up on all 15 Categories, which is impressive. Most notably, he earned the RED ELITE Level for our Rowing Category, Rowing 5254 meters in 20 minutes at the start of our 2 weeks of Quarterly Assessments.

Along with earning the Overall Level of Blue I, I have given him the marks of "Outstanding" for Attitude and Personality, Participation and Behavior, Time Management and Work Habits, and General Learning and Social Skills. He is quickly becoming a leader and a teammate to go to when others in class need help, as well. He comes early and stays late to work on his flexibility and train some of his lower category levels to improve in the next set of Quarterly Assessments in the middle of Summer this year. He is an attentive listener, engaged participant, and helpful teammate. He is a pleasure to have in class. I have in all confidence that he will Level Up to Purple by the end of Summer Level Method Assessments, and Brown, soon after that. I suspect that based on his current trajectory, I envision that he will one day assist me in helping the rest of our team in their learning and training, maybe in a greater role. You should be proud of raising such a fine young man. I'm looking forward to writing to you again about his continued successes in the near future. Please join me in congratulating and encouraging him to keep up his efforts!

Very Respectfully,

Albert Lu
