"Lifestyle is Medicine" St. Luke's Webinar (link inside)

Listen to a doctor from the conventional medicine world point to chronic inflammation as a cause of chronic diseases! This is great to see at least a local medical doctor accepting and teaching others about this, in contrast to what the vast majority of medical professionals are espousing.

From the webinar's event page:
"This class is taught by Jennifer Shalz, MD, a physician who is board certified in Internal Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine and is the Medical Director of St. Luke's Lifestyle Medicine Department. Dr. Shalz will discuss the role of lifestyle as medicine in preventing, treating, and possibly even reversing common chronic diseases (heart disease, diabetes, cancer, hypertension, depression, etc.). She will address chronic inflammation as the common underlying cause of these seemingly unrelated conditions and provide evidence-based recommendations for optimal lifestyle behaviors that help lower inflammation. Additional resources for exploring lifestyle as medicine on your own will also be provided.
