The Idahome Assessment

Our mission is to educate, motivate, and inspire others to live free.

We all should be able to choose what we want to do, whenever we want, however we want, and wherever we want to.

No limitations to our physical being and resources should exist that deny us our choice.

This is the ultimate freedom we as all humans should strive for, sustain, and protect.

In order to have that ultimate freedom, we need to make sure we can independently handle ourselves in any given situation, with any given set of knowledge, skills, and abilities we might have at our disposal.

We need to be able to freely control our mind and body, first and foremost.

We need to be confident in our ability to freely use our mind and body in whatever situation that arises.

We need to take care of our mind and body regularly, to ensure our freedom from pain and disease, especially.

Taking care of our mind and body through regular learning, practice, and training are keys to sustaining and protecting the ultimate freedom, as stated above.

It is ever more important now in these current times that we have to be more self-reliant and prepared for anything that can and will come our way as a society, and as individuals.

This past year has shone a light on what we all are (and are not) capable of doing, especially in a physically and mentally limiting world we’re living in.

We now have a slight clue on what our individual strengths and weaknesses are in terms of our physical and mental knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Should we want to continue to experience our ultimate freedom, or what is left of it after all the restrictions we have faced in this past year, then we need to continue refining ourselves, to be better than yesterday…to be better for tomorrow.

Whatever deficiencies or weaknesses we have identified that we might have, we need to accurately assess what they are in order to learn about and improve them.

It is critical that we do this now.

If you personally think that you are not completely ready to handle what might lie ahead, for yourself and your family and friends, based on your physical and mental capacities, then consider this a great opportunity for tremendous positive change in your life.

We all need to be more of an asset, instead of a liability, to our family, friends, and community.

Being more of an asset requires us to know where we stand.

One unique opportunity to conduct an inventory, or an assessment of where you stand, is happening here:

The Idahome Assessment now is not only a magnifying glass, but also a roadmap for you to zoom in on and identify where you are strong and weak (literally) in your physical and mental capacities, and how and where to go, based on where you assess yourself at!

Starting now, you have the unique opportunity to completely assess yourself from head to toe, and determine how much better you want to be, in order to experience more of that complete freedom.

You get to spend approximately 15 total hours in The Idahome Assessment:
1. Learning about what nutrition is and how you might apply it in your own life
2. How, what, and when to breathe efficiently and effectively based on any situation you might encounter
3. Assessing your flexibility/mobility, strength and conditioning, and how your strength is balanced throughout your body

You get to have 15 individual 1-on-1 sessions to complete The Idahome Assessment.

There is really no more important time than now to focus on improving yourself from the inside out, for the future.

Once you complete The Idahome Assessment, then you have the chance to join our group of like-minded individuals here, practicing and training, and striving everyday to sustain and protect the ultimate freedom:
Doing anything we want, whenever we want, however we want, wherever we want.

Start becoming more of an asset to yourself and everyone else around you by checking where you stand, with us, and be prepared for life’s challenges that will come our way.

Live free.
