Breakfast Idea (take as much as you want and need from this one):
1 Red Onion ($1.23) (1.24 pounds * $0.99/pound)
1 Red Bell Pepper ($1.29)
1 Yellow Bell Pepper ($1.29)
1/2 bundle of Organic Green Kale ($0.99)
12 oz bacon ($4.99)
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil ($0.15) ($24.99 for 84 fl oz from Costco - 170 Tbsp)
15 Cage Free Grade AA Chicken Eggs ($2.00 total) ($0.13/egg) (Pack of 60 from Costco)
5 Tbsp Coconut Oil ($0.74 total)
$1.23 + $1.29 + $1.29 + $0.99 + $4.99 + $2.00 + $0.74) = $12.53

How much do you typically pay for for Breakfast?
Tasting the rainbow (as many colors as you can):
Red - Red Bell Pepper
Orange - (Optional Orange Bell Pepper)
Yellow - Yellow Bell Pepper
Green - Organic Green Kale
Blue - (Optional Blueberries?)
Violet - Red Onion
Cook the mix and divide it up among 5 plastic containers.
Slice 12 oz of bacon, cook, and divide it up among the 5 plastic containers containing the cooked vegetables
When making breakfast, just cook 3 eggs in 1 Tbsp coconut oil.
Place eggs over the veggie and bacon mix, and you're set.
